Daily Feeding Instructions
Puppies can start to be fed moistened AvoDerm Natural Large Breed Puppy Food about 3 weeks before weaning. The moistened food should always be fresh and should be offered 4 to 6 times per day, allowing the puppies to consume all that they want. After weaning, the following feeding guidelines can be used to help determine an amount to offer on a daily basis. The puppy should be fed three to four times per day during the first couple months and then can be fed twice to three times per day depending upon appetite and feeding routine. Always adjust the feeding to avoid over conditioning of the puppy, allowing the puppy to grow optimally without excessive weight gain..
